actually a lot of high level players use electricity… you do the piano method of HP electricity which comes out fast and is very safe on recovery…ppl usually do s.lp >> HP electricity repeatedly to put pressure on opponent. DSP’s Blanka is only decent… his game is just not mixed up enough… and his opponent pretty much figured him out.
