Well yes, Yellow is great… But why not let some of the noobs shine? I mean he did take out that big ultralisk force with what you (Cholera) said was an inferior force. I get it, Yellow won in the end and NBS made a lot of misstakes. But why is it less impresive of the newcomer to overcome the first wave than just to go on about how great yellow is? Give a little credit where credit is due is all I’m saying.

If they are broodling twins does that mean that when they were born they ripped through their mother (Host)? O_o
Zerling twins doesn’t sound as cool though.

I guess that’s the difference. Luxury knows when to go for the throat and Yellow doesn’t.
They’re both still great SC players though, and I wouldn’t mind seeing both play against each other once more. Last time it was just a matter of Luxury acting faster. I wonder how the game would be different with both brothers having experience under their belts now.
And yet again, your dreams are weird and entertaining.
Thanks Cholera.

Cholera love the commentary man.
my thoughts on the “inrto” to SC vid.
it woul dbe nice and all. (infact about a week ago we LANed and had fresh meat there, his first time playing sc ever)
but i think (may just be me) it would be nice to see a “step up” to ProAm not just Am.
like a Advanced Tac. Vid, or basic strats you should know as a player.
just something i would like to see more.

I wonder if Luxury and Arnc ever swap games just for kicks, wearing the exact same La Marque shirt

What did NBS do really? He didn’t build for anything.

Just a further note on the observers – Without observers, no matter how big Protoss’s army is, spreaded lurkers and sunkens can stop it as long as they cant see the lurkers, which is why it’s critical to snipe observers. Without observers, they just can’t move in further without heavy losses

+1 didn’t finish either (not entirely NBS’s fault).

More than no speed upgrades, he only came with one Obs vs. dedicated Lurkers and then he didn’t use his massed dragoons to pick of the Overlord or the Scourge.
#1 YOU HAVE TO PROTECT YOUR FUCKING OBSERVERS WHEN TRYING TO BREAK LURKERS (especially if you give up a base for the attack opportunity, so losing the battle == losing the game).

great work as always cholera
an introductory video would be great, i suggest predominantly simple concepts such as macro and micro and the importance of economy in a game like starcraft for the complete utter newbies, its not fun not understanding why things are important, also some explanation of various starcraft jargon would be helpful as well i reckon, just my 2 cents

Trust me, getting your girlfriend into starcraft will do wonders for your relationship. Just make sure you let her win every time. Otherwise, she will definitely cry and you will regret it. Any joy you would have felt from victory will be lost in the following hours of apologizing and consoling her.

I would love an introduction to starcraft strategy video, especially if you went into detail of advanced strategic concepts in addition to simple introductory concepts. I think you could do a great job with it. Do you think Yellow[arnc] secretly wants to murder his twin brother for being the superior starcraft player, and in his eyes, superior human being? Or do you think they are friends? Cholera, I’d plz give us a history lesson about brothers murdered out of jealousy in the ancient past.

Second, in NBS’s big push he made another key mistake that you didn’t mention – not making enough observers and not protecting them well enough. He was forced to back off because his obs was sniped by scourge and he could not target the burrowed lurkers.

A couple of things: I feel that weak progamers are more likely to use a different build from the norm, probably due to lack of control. I’m a Protoss but I normally don’t go for corsairs versus Zerg because I end up flying them over the enemy base, forgetting about them, and they all die. It might be the same for NBS. In a recent game you casted of Rumble vs. a Terran (Light I think), he didn’t go for mutas first, which you NEVER see in noncheese midgame ZvT among more competent players.

The battle between the English and the Zerg. Also known as ‘The battle of Exponentially Bad Breath’. The zerg obviously notorious for their use of nasty venomous assets and tools while fighting. And the English for not having discovered tools at all – like the toothbrush.
Oh, it was a horrendous war! Do you remember who won Cholera? Must have been a close call

I love those brooding twins. Is it just me or does Yellow[Arnc] also wear the same shirt as luxury? Do you think theyshare the same shirt? Or were they both born with shirts (one each). Or maybe it was luxury playing for him. OMG!
